Even though I made an appointment ahead of time, shared with Tran that the vehicle being serviced was bought from MG Acura and that I am acswirn police officer (offered to show Tran my credentials he still financially gauged me. I was charged two $199 diagnostic fees for a single appointment. This $400 fee was supposedly waived upon my agreement to have work done. One diagnostic charge of $199 only should have been been initially charged and then subtracted from the total bill. I question the charge for the work - seems high (even in inflationary times). Also the complimentary safety diagnostic all point inspection is not trustworthy. There is a recommendation for a new rear wiper blade ($7.00) when in reality the motor shaft is bent and needs to be replaced.

Good evening! Unfortunately I believe that an item was taken from my vehicle during my service call on Friday morning. I was a pocket knife that was given to me by a friend. I really hate to think that someone would do that. It was on the front passenger side of my vehicle. But the representatives we're friendly and the service was prompt! Sorry for the unfortunate news.
