I was 99% satisfied. People were friendly, you had good deals and prices (which is why I came in the first place instead of going to a closer dealership), and the service was done quickly. However, this morning I noticed transmission fluid had dripped onto the floor of my garage. It was too cold for me to get under the car and look, but I assume the drain plug was under it over tightened, or the crush washer was reused. I’ll figure it out once it warms up a little. Not a huge deal but a little disappointing.
