Took all day to response back for an oil change and a brake inspection when calling the dealership 8×3 hours and 40 different people to get a hold of your service manager to find out an update on the vehicle.
And the squeaky brakes were not fixed after waiting all day to get a response back. Had problems the Raceway Ford years ago. It seems things never change.
