We made an appointment to have the hard top looked at, as well as an oil change. They did. Not do anything about the primary issue, which was the hard top. They sent us over to quicklane, and we asked if they would be able to look at it. They said yes, but quicklane said no. I made an appointment for the hard top, and nothing was done. Now I have to go through all of this again. I am extremely disappointed in the service.

I spoke with Mike who helped me over the phone at 8am regarding my truck being service as a walk in on 4/21/23. I was just wondering if the shop had time for one more. So, it was a go.
Javier at the counter was who then did a great job getting my truck done from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. But, honestly I get the star treatment along with every customer too from what I noticed.

I purchased brake pads and rotors for my F150 at the parts department , I did them myself like I always do. I asked parts why my car was shaking when the brakes were pressed after a couple of days. I asked if rotors could of came out defective and they said no.
Well I’ve been driving “carefully” since then but finally shakes too much, was going to have them resurfaced and get new front brake pads but the tech said 200$ to resurface.
I had just quoted the rotors for 99 each at parts, was disappointed and drove the next day to Les Schwab

I went to start my car after work today and it would not start now it’s acting up since I took it to you guys. I took it for diagnostics for just a shift change problem. Now the very next day it isn’t starting and the seat heater isn’t working and the whole car is acting strange. Very hard to think this is a coincidence. Absolutely none of these issues that were happening before today.
