Okay, so I’m headed on vacation to lake Havasu with kids in my truck, older F250, battery light comes on at the 91 and 60 fwy, pull off at Box Springs Rd. To Raceway Ford At noon… diagnose and repair my truck with a new alternator which needed to be delivered and I’m back on the road at 3 PM. Absolutely professional friendly fair. Mark Aceves treated me like my business matter.

They forgot to place the sticker of my Nest service they forgot to reset the life of the oil they rotate the tires even though one of the tires have a nail that they couldn't fix because it was too dangerous but they rotated to the front and that's even worse

Edwin was excellent in every way. He happened to be the person who made my appointment and also helped me check in. From the initial phone call, to the checking, to the phone call with the update, he was phenomenal. Check out was seemless and extremely easy and fast. I have not encountered better customer service at any dealership. Edwin did an amazing job. All employees should represent Ford in this way!
