It would've been nice if the technician properly installed my transmission the first time. When I took my vehicle in the 2nd time, to properly install my transmission, it would've been nice if the service advisor called me (like they said they would) to update the status of my vehicle instead of me calling to find out late in the afternoon. It would've been nice if the service department offered a loaner or rental vehicle while they fix the problem they caused instead of me complaining to the general manager about the lack of professionalism and communication the service department has shown me.
