This was the second time I made the appointment to have dome light replaced (was missing when I purchased the vehicle). I waited over an hour before Mike stated that a lube guy was not going to be able to do work and he was going to pull the Forman to complete the job. After another 45 mins I was then advised once again it was not the correct item. Mike then advise the correct part was on back order and he would send the vehicle to at least get washed. After another 30 mins my vehicle was brought to the front. This was completely unacceptable and wasted 3 hours Friday morning when I clearly told Mike I was leaving town that morning.

Spent close to 2 hours onsite for a simple oil change, I was told it would be another hour if I wanted my vehicle washed as well. I think 3 hours for these basic services is over the top. Definitely makes me think twice about returning and taking my vehicle back for additional maintenance. I will more than likely look for a different service provider as I cannot waste 2 to 3 hours for similar services.
