I was extremely frustrated. I had an appointment, it was even confirmed the day before with a phone call from YOU,yet when I get there to check in there is no record of my even having. An appointment. I was left sitting in the lobby for 5 hours. This isnt the first time that happened here either. The last time I was left sitting there for over 3 hours. The service dept. Is extremely slow. I will definitely take my buisness elsewhere next time.
