Dropped my vehicle off on August 9, for oil change tire rotation and discolored under the drive side door, when I was explaining to Julie she never went outside to look at vehicle, next day picked my vehicle the discoloring was never looked at of what the outcome was going to do was Frustrating that and had to wait again for someone to look at when you had for 24hrs it should have been, management looked at it and told me they will order the part I have yet to hear from anything
