In general the service was good. This time the manager wanted to make sure we were picked up by your shuttle in a timely manner. Last time they sent the shuttle guy an hour away before coming to get us. We were the last to be picked up but had to wait over an hour rather than 5-10 minutes. When we were ready to leave i noticed they did not clean all that they were suppose to with my SUV . The manager had a guy come out to finish the job but he told him to have it done in 10 minutes. So that was exactly what i got, 10 minute more which wasnt enough time to do a thorough job. I left the shop with still a dirty car that was partly clean.

Julie was really good at communicating with me and letting me know ahead of time regarding the current situation, she let me know the best times to schedule for an appointment, and gave an accurate estimate for how long the service would take.
The transportation service, while I personally did not need it, was something that I appreciated as an option.
