Blair did a great job, he makes it easy to get my truck serviced. I don’t have to worry if it’s being done right. Blair definitely needs a pay increase for being an exceptional and valuable employee. I usually schedule my vehicles service work around Blair being there. Overall Avondale Nissan is the only Nissan dealer I will go to.

Your customer service in this location is horrible within the Service Department. Your employees leave guest waiting & are not very informative. They make decisions for guests without discussing the particulars resulting in long wait times. I wasted 2.5 hrs of my life waiting for my car when all I requested was an oil/filter change. They assumed I wanted my car washed which kept me waiting 1.5 hours.
