This guy did a great job and took care of me from start to finish. I was being a pain and even threw some attitude at him, but he remained professional and even hooked me up with a rental. When I picked up my car he was at lunch, he came back early and missed his lunch, just to make sure everything was in order for me. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen customer service at the level I received from Blair. Whatever Nissan is paying him isn’t enough, this guy deserves a raise or a good bonus.
