Very pleased with Renee's ability to communicate with the technician as well as myself to make sure everything was completed before I left. He knows teamwork!
I would also like to give kudos to the gentleman that sits to Renee's left side... He was able to provide me with great customer service when I was signing up for the shuttle to pick me up... Again even though Renee is my service advisor... That young man knows customer service is priority... And he didn't brush me off... he willingly helped! And then there's Tony always and keeping a level head...
Even though there's a Nissan dealership down the street from me I drove approximately 26 miles today just so I could have my vehicle serviced at Avondale Nissan by these gentleman! They are a team... And they have my vote!
