I was quoted $50 for my service end up paying 60 bucks that's the only thing that I did not like!!

I was there two and one half hours for an oil change. I had an appt Florida 8:00. And I was early. After the van was done I waited 30 minutes while the bill was written up. Excessive wait time all around.

I do not wish to speak to anyone there. I only want to say I made an appointment for 8am for an oil change and I still had to wait 2 and half hours. I find this ridiculous. I have waited less time without making an appointment. I did not have my car washed or make any fancy request that would have delayed a simple oil change. It was extremely busy today but I do not believe everyone there had an appointment. So I ask why? Why did it take 2 and half hours when I had an appointment? What is the purpose of making an appointment if its going to take just as long as if I didn't have an appointment. Im truly disappointed with the service I recieved today.

Waited 4 hours when I had a 9:30 appt. This was after a prior appt had been cancelled by Avondale Nissan 45 min before I got there.
Then I was told testing had been done on my AC compressor that couldn’t have been done due to it being seized up. I was also told I had a coolant leak and needed my hoses changed to the tube of almost $300 when in reality, the hoses had just been replaced 2 weeks earlier and the small leak was due to a loose hose clamp. I was also told my K & N filter was really dirty and needed to be cleaned. This had just been done at another Nissan dealer (I watched them so it) 2 weeks prior with only about 5 days of driving paved city roads after. I was totally told lies and tried to be taken advantage of. I will be writing Nissan corporate and the BBB.
