Your customer service with women is exceptional. I've been servicing my car with your service department since I purchased car in 2005. Tony Valencia has been my service manager all these years; he has earned my trust and respect. Since his promotion, he still works with me but has Blair Hummel assisting me whenever I need my car serviced. Both Tony and Blair are truly professional gentlemen that treat me with respect and take care of maintaining my car in the best condition possible on a regular basis as well as when an emergency arises. Both these men are people that make your service department a great place to visit. Tony and Blair listen and explain work needed in a manner that is easy to understand and never in a demeaning manner.These two men are an asset to your service department and a blessing to all of us Nissan customers that want to maintain our vehicles in the best condition possible.

However, my vehicle has some type of overspray on it. It was not on there when I dropped it off. Being more careful around customers vehicles should be as much of a priority as how well I was treated.

Everything about the service was fine but the shuttle took about 2 1/2 hours to pick me up after recieving the call that my vehicle was ready. It was my first time using the shuttle so I'm not sure if that was standard procedure.

We've always had our vehicle returned to us washed, but not this time. If we had known, we would have washed it before now as we did not want to wash it only to have you guys rewash it for us. Otherwise, service was very good.
