Working with this Nissan dealership was a nightmare. I received no notification that my car was received when it was towed by a third-party tow company contracted by Nissan. I tried to call and make sure the following business day that my car was received safely and could not get a hold of any service manager or service advisor. The rude receptionist(which giggled everytime I said something and told the general manager i was upset and laughed on the phone infront of me)led me to believe that Adam would be my service advisor but my service advisor was really Blair Hummel. I tried to ask Blair questions about my vehicle he rushed me off the phone I also let him know that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car until 7 PM when it was ready because that was the time I got off of work. No communication was given towards Blair and the receptionist there for when I went to pick up my car I had to jump through hoops to actually get my car keys. The general manager at this location is a joke. He was a condescending **** when i went to retrieve my keys after service business hours. I wouldn’t recommend this Nissan dealership to my worse enemy. Everyone from the receptionist to the general managers are incompetent.

Service took 2.5 hours longer than expected. Communication was lacking, I had to come to the desk for an update 3.5 hours (1430) into the service, when my vehicle was supposed to be done at that time. I was told to have a seat and he would look for me. 30 mins later I was told 45 more minutes. That would put me at 1545...dont hear anything at all until 1630. He said my car was done it was getting "dried"....nothing for another 20 minutes I was clearly upset. He asked if I wanted to complete paperwork while I continue to wait. 10 minutes later, I had my car. The job that Blair said would take a couple hours (he is on point with his estimated time /communication and completion.) Took 6 hours ! I bring my car to Blair often, for everything, I will return but only for Blair to do the work. So thank Blair for his continued dedication and great service when I have my car there, if it werent for him I would be going somewhere else.
