Rene Cauich was amazing. His follow through and attention to details was great. I can not say the same for the individual that checked me in when I dropped the car off or when I made the appointment to bring my car in for service. Had it not been for Rene Cauich's professionalism i would have stopped bringing my car into this location.

I was put on hold to be transferred 3 times, then repeatedly Picked up by the same woman everyone who kept trying to transfer me out me out, putting me on hold again for 5 minutes. Finally she gave up and told me she’ll have someone call me back right away, an she that I was on the top of the list. No one ever called me back and I called my self a week later as a new issue with my car appeared. I told them I wanted a quote for tires, to see why my airbag light was on, and that my maintenance oil and filter was also on if they could check that. I was told 2 hours. I called back after 4 hours and was told that they know what’s wrong but the mechanic is on lunch and will be back in a few minutes and they’ll call me. 2 hours later, no call, I call them and am told they don’t know what’s wrong actually, airbags are tricky. But he’s working on it and should be done soon. An hour later I’m called and told it was just unplugged and they just had to plug it back in under my seat. I ask about my oil and he says oh yeah they are doing that too. I get picked up by the shuttle, who is a very nice guy, and when I leave my car still has maintenance oil and filter light. It’s not said that was done at all on my invoice. And I’m glad he also forgot to give me a quote on the tires because I was pretty over it at that point.

My car's condition and repair history were thoroughly reviewed. I had stopped in for an oil change and Rene pointed out areas that required attention in addition to the desired work and I did not disagree that they needed to be done. Rene kept me updated and the car was ready when he said it would be. I'm very pleased with how the service appointment was handled
