The lack of communication about my service and the needs of my vehicle were not explained very well to my wife. My wife was there with our new born for close to 2 hrs without any updates on time and how long it will take. There was multiple miscommunications and more wife was upset at the service today.

Issue caused by today’s service is not resolved, waiting on return call from service manager after follow-up with KIA. 1) navigation system is not updating clock by area time zone after new battery install. 2) UVO website & mobile app are not updating with services records as completed by the dealer; hasn’t updated since the 74k service.

ALEX did a great job, my only complaint would be the confusion from prior Scheduler about leaving my car for an entire day and needing a rental car, then come back next day to pick up my car - just to assess what repairs were needed for a cracked rear view mirror. I was glad that I could wait for part to be ordered, and not have to rent a car and come back Thurs. Very Confusing. But Alex was very helpful. Thanks, Teresa
