Failure to address the chief concerns that I clearly expressed i.e. electrical odd happenings related to digital dash guages, sync to smart phones quite working, rear window defrost on passenger side quit and also part of drivers side, and most of all WWATER INGRESS INTO ENGINE COMPARTMENT! AGAIN, AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN WESTHILLS FORD SERVICE. I am feeling truly insulted by Westhills Ford not addressing these deficiencies.

Initially, it was understood that it was a 2 hour duration for pan gasket replacement. It wasn’t until after 1-3/4 hrs, that I was going to have to leave the vehicle overnight.
On initial inspection to determine source and cause for slight vibration in front driver’s side wheel. Techs were unable to detect. Noise/vibration is still there. Problem is that it only becomes apparent after vehicle has sat idle/parked overnight. Suspect issue with brake rotor/caliper, wheel bearing, or part of transmission drive train. Left rotor becomes too hot to touch.
I understand Alexis is fairly new to this position. She does a good job listening t the customer, but maybe in transferring information, something gets lost. I plan on taking to another Ford Dealership in order to get the problem checked out and repaired. I have spent $135 for a checkout after I explained he problem. The problem wasn’t fixed, but a oil pan gasket problem was diagnosed. After oil pan gasket was replaced, I remain at the original problem with noise and slight vibration and excessively hot rotor on left front wheel.
Alexis is a good person and will become a good service rep.
