Kristyn was amazing! The only complaint I have is the timeliness of our vehicle being serviced. Appointment was Thursday 730am and our vehicle wasn't completed until 4pm Friday. We would have made different family arrangements if I had known it would take so long.

Dropped off vehicle for scheduled service at 10:15. Browsed the lot, asked what our Ram would be worth for trade-in. Went to lunch, waited about 3 hours to allow servicing to be accomplished. Upon return, truck had not been touched. Apparently someone assumed it would not need servicing if traded in? Not the dealer's decision to make. Waste of time. At least they expedited servicing once we returned.

Don’t need to contact me. I had an appointment on Friday to have my truck serviced. I dropped it off on Thursday night. I got no information about my truck on Friday. I called Saturday morning to see what was up and to see if my truck was done as my family had something to do that day. No one was available to talk with me when I called. Said they would get back to me after an hour and my family had left, still no call. I finally called back an hour later to see if my truck was done unfortunately my advisor was not available. And no one else could give me any information. After telling the phone person that I would wait I was eventually cut off. Finally I did get a call to inform me that my truck was finally diagnosed Saturday morning and that parts needed to be ordered. The actual service was fine and I have no problems with that. My problem is scheduling. If I have an appointment on Friday I expect it to be seen on Friday! And then be notified on that day so I can make arrangements accordingly. Again. No problem with service. My problem is with scheduling. Please do not call me! Thanks for your service.
