Okay.. I will try to quantify this comment.
Kristin did the best she could. It is NOT on her.
Frieght delays w parts, rtv dry time apparently not included in to pick up.
The missing of “cleaning up the point of entry after repair.
Is it resolved? Yes. However as I spoke to the service manager, oil changes and offers to fill my tank of gas only go so far. If the issue was done right, it would have been solely a parts delay issue. There is a obvious process issue that should be readily addressed.
