I mentioned to Tyler that I was headed out of town for the weekend after my oil change and Tyler did an outstanding job of getting me checked in quickly and the turnaround time to complete the oil change was lightning quick. Probably the quickest I have ever been in and out for service.He took the time to update me on my service history and gave me a pamphlet on suggested maintenance schedule for my truck. He seemed to be very positive and actually cared about providing good customer service which was refreshing.

Tyler was great, friendly, courteous and professional, the coffee was good and free Wi-Fi to boot! The only issue was that my scheduled "one hour" oil change took over an hour and a half. Please "don't over-promise and under-deliver". Nevertheless, I'll be back. I'd give Tyler a 10.
