My engine maintenance light is still on? why was this not dealt with my oil change? I don’t appreciate the lack of qualified service from my heartland Toyota service department! This was my last free service before 25000 mile maintenance service contract ended. There is no reason or description on my multi point inspection report from your Service department on why this Engine light remains on ? There is one yellow mark for future attention needed on my multi point inspection report for engine air filter ? Why was this not dealt with on this last service ? I don’t get a lot of time to spend on vehicle maintenance that is why I buy new ! And there is really no reason for doing 2 trips to your maintenance department for a simple issue of a dirty engine air filter.if this is the reason for the check engine light still on? I do expect this to be dealt with under my 25,000 mile service contract. Invoice number # 1392581.
