Had a serious control wiring issue with my RAV4, and they fit me in found the source of the controls issue. Customer service was great, as he kept me informed of the progress. Had to leave car overnight in order to dry wiring and carpet out, so able to get a rental vehicle. All fixed next a.m., and picked up RAV, and no control issues anymore. A seamless process, and I most happy...as always am at the Toyota dealership Service.
