The service representative did a great job. My issue is that I scheduled the service online and wrote a detailed note about a broken door grab bar that I wanted replaced as part of the service. It was obvious no one read the information before I arrived and so the replacement part was never ordered. Why bother soliciting this info online if you don't use it? Now i have to drive 1.5 hours again to the dealer.
