The overall experience was pleasant, I was greeted, explained what would happen, how much it would be, and given an accurate time estimate, it was just an oil change however when he took such care with this it gives me confidence when I need more than that he and the team of technicians will do just as fine a job.

And offered me coffee or cocoa while I waited since it was very cold out. The update she provided to let me know it was almost completed. To her efficiency upon checkout.
