I left questioning my service today. It was atypical for the service I’ve come to expect at your Longo location. Chase and Kenneth have always walked me through every service visit and left me feeling confident that I was respected and both myself and my car were safe. I had two new tires put on just before we left town in January this year. I scheduled an apt. for the second pair of two new tires and routine maintenance because my service message appeared. My Longo oil change sticker said 39000 miles. I’m at 39500. When I checked in, I told the greeter my appointment was for two new tires and routine maintenance. When Dean called me over he had no idea that I needed two tires and when I mentioned that’s what I scheduled my apt. for he asked if I had called to be sure the tires were in stock. I thought from previous experience at your service center that my information is accessible and your staff knows what I need since I do all of my service here. Fortunately the tires were available and I knew to expect a tire rotation and alignment from my prior visit. I told him I also needed routine maintenance and he said that a multipoint inspection would be complimentary with my tire installation. When my husband and I picked up the car and Dean reviewed the services performed he didn’t mention the oil change. I asked if they had done one and he said, “I wish I had known.” So I scheduled another appointment for 11:00am this coming Wed. I’m not sure who to question about the oil change since my maintenance message was on the dash when I came in and no longer there when I left and my oil sticker wasn’t changed. If I had an inspection done today why didn’t Dean or the service tech. Say, “Hey Deb, you’re due for an oil change, I know you said routine maintenance, while it’s here do you want us to go ahead and do that for you so you don’t have to come back.” That’s what Chase and Kenneth have always done previously. Doug was absolutely wonderful! From beginning to end he never pressured me but provided the information I needed. The Lyft rides were SO critical n allowing me ro get the work done that I needed and not miss work. The day I picked up My car I had a slight issue with it he Lyft driver not finding my location I called and spoke with young man who was incredibly kind and reassuring when I was going to arrive past 6pm. I don’t know his name but he was. Breath of fresh air when I arrived! You have a great staff and I won’t do business anywhere else!!! God bless! Jeanie H
