John Kenney was such a pleasure to work with. Buying a vehicle can be exhausting and frustrating but for the first time ever...that was not the case. Even w my 4 & 6 yr old boys with me. Doug is a good professional. The only suggestion I would give regarding my experience is that whoever washes my truck (and other vehicles that I saw today) should at least try and dry them off somewhat. It was extremely wet when I got my truck, and it took me about 25 minutes just to dry it off with a piece of cloth in my truck, so as not to get water stains on my truck. Little things like these make a big difference in ultimate ratings.
