I find it offensive that with a scheduled appointment, it would take 2 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation, let alone at a cost of $100. Your excellent coffee machine was broken, and the “courtesy” car wash left my car super dirty. I will most likely not be servicing my Toyota at this location.

They didn’t check the air pressure in my tires when they rotated them. That resulted in higher pressure in front and lower in back (10 psi difference) Not a huge deal, I have a compressor in my garage, but it would have been appreciated if they would have checked.
