Everyone was courteous, and everything was explained well. I was very pleased with the service and will return there for the next required maintenance. The waiting room was very nice too.

I am a repeat customer for the servicing on my car maintenance and I appreciate Longo Toyota customer service personnel. I especially want to thank Chris for going the extra mile in assisting me in registering my vehicle with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. He noticed that I had done the safety inspection and he mentioned that I could do it on-line. He told me I could do it there at the checkout counter and he assisted me in on-line registration.
