Francisco “Cisco” Jimenez is now my go-to Toyota sales and service agent at Longo. It’s no fun for anyone spending lots of money on repairs, but, when they become necessary, you want an honest, knowledgeable, straight-shooting, and congenial person helping you out. The service itself was fine, however the pricing was higher than expected for some recommend services.
I would recommend that you look for opportunities in the process to remove any nonvalue adding activity to reduce the overall cost of services.
