Doug is and us always awesome. Price and service are excellent. On my 9-11 visit I believe my center console lid was damaged accidentally by staff. Doug is looking into this for me. I reported it before I left.

Today, without a prior scheduled appointment, Mr. Jimenez was able to arrange a state inspection to be performed on my vehicle. He also advised me that my vehicle was up for its scheduled free maintenance and he auggested I should consider taking advantage of it as the free maintenance service that came with vehicle would expire by end of September. I appreciated very much and heeded his advice.

I was very pleased with how Millie handled my vehicle both visits on Monday. Unfortunately, I had to make the second trip because oil was leaking from my highlander.. it appears the technician missed putting the plug back in. Thankfully I noticed before it had damaged the engine. The phone message was quite aggravating when I called about my return trip. It says you may leave a message or continue to wait for a service advisor... if you choose the second option by not touching any buttons but continuing to wait a message says “ your input is incorrect”.... I heard this many times, and it made a difficult situation much worse... might I suggest you change this to something more customer friendly such as “you are important to us and we will be with you shortly” or similar..
