The technicians service review indicated l needed to replace the water pump. He said it was leaking water. I told the service advisor that I had extended warranty plan with Richardson Toyota. He recommended I take to them so I wouldn’t have to pay the $100 deductible. I took to Richardson the same day. They reviewed and had the foreman review as well they said there was nothing wrong with the pump. I called the service advisor back and informed him what Richardson said. He was going to check and see if there were any pictures. He never called back. Based on these results I have no confidence in your service department for any of the findings
