I guess owning a Cadillac and an Audi has raised my expectations for the level of service I receive. Perhaps it is the price point of my daughter’s Camry but I assumed that the car would have been vacuumed and washed at a minimum before delivery was made. Additionally, the parts shipping is lacking any kind of ability to track once shipped. These, however, do not represent the service I received from Doug Ranzer.

Dakota‘s was very friendly, personal and professional. I appreciate the quick approach to getting my vehicle serviced. I’m not one to sit around and wait for hours while my vehicle gets serviced. Before I mentioned, Dakota offered the Lyft service to take me back home. A few hours passed, Dakota called and gave me the update.
