Dakota was very helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining every aspect of what type of services were due or required. The Director in the warranty department also explained the extended warranty packages very well and told me what options were available to me now and going forward. I appreciated the service I received from Dakota and how he helped me get everything completed and answered. Unfortunately I am disappointed that when I took my car in the horn was working and now since the technician went into the steering wheel it no longer works and serves as a driving hazard. I didn’t want any of the wiring to be messed with just a computer diagnostic test to be completed to see why my car alarm does not work. I need this to be fixed but I do not know what they did to mess up the wiring.
