Everything was perfect except this is the first Toyota dealership that has not ran my truck through a wash and at least vacuumed the front floor boards.

The technician performed the alignment even knowing that the shims have to be installed and that the service wouldn't last until the next bump. Now I will have to install the shims and align again, and this won't be done with Longo.
First and last experience with Longo, unless Longo give me the alignment back

Only thing I would love is after the car is washed, for someone to dry it off. There were spot marks on the hood and the side mirrors making it difficult to see in the mirrors. Other than that very happy with the service I receive from Dakota!
