We are waiting for a refund of the difference between the amount quoted and the amount charged for the repair. It has been 6 weeks since the repair. Doug said he would check with his manager. Repeated phone calls not returned. Disconnected three times today when calling service. Left a message with no response.

I took it for service and I had the tire rotation and the tire low pressure light has been on, they rotated the tires but did not check the PSI when I had left I realized the light was still on which means they did not do the complete 30k mike inspection!
