We had an appointment that we scheduled online, received the email confirmation and everything (which we showed them). When we showed up we weren’t shooting in the computer and had to wait over two hours with nothing more than a “sorry about that, not sure what happened”. All we had done was the oil change and state inspection. They can see we are loyal customers and even have our other vehicle scheduled for the same next week. I always recommend this dealership because I’ve never had anything but great experiences, but this was a big fail in my book. Thanks.
