Weston Wallace in service and Danny in the parts department really made the look of Tacoma complete. I will be returning to Longo Toyota in the future to purchase a tonneau cover for my pickup and I know exactly who to go to. Another very knowledgeable sales representative is David Araujo, he knows his job and performs it very well.

No complaints with the service or communication from David. I’m happy with the vehicle except that I noticed a strong fuel odor inside the truck when it was returned. I thought the mechanic who dropped it off must have spilled gas on his clothing and the fuel smell would evaporate quickly. Four hours later the fuel smell was still noticeable and I suspect that there was a spill inside the car. Everything else appears normal and works correctly. There should not be leak or severed fuel line from the service I had. I’m hoping that the fuel evaporates overnight and that there are no more issues.

Checked vehicle in to inspect an air leak in a tire. After 2.5 hours with appointment no leak was found and tire is still leaking. Found 3 gouges in the paint.
