1. The price quote was unclear. At the first time, he quote me $1600 for the genuine parts only with separate labor fee $1000 and recommend me aftermarket parts on $670. Later when I search for the parts price of toyota was way lower than that. After I asked this and he changed quote to $800 around part.
2. My car finish was so bad. My fog lamp is not working after change compressor. The finish of inside of bumper was reversed. This makes abrasive sound sometimes.

We recently purchased 4 tires from Toyota and we were under the impression that we would receive free tire rotations as needed. Why would we choose to buy tires from Toyota next time instead of a tire store that offers free rotations? Other than that, the service is excellent.
