I came in there today for a tire rotation and a 15,000 mile check up on my van and I sat there for over 2 hours for that. There was a total of 4 people in the waiting room and I should not have had to wait that long. I will be taking my car somewhere else next time it needs an oil change or tire rotation. Two hours is completely unacceptable for a busy mom.
