We recently moved to a new town and took our cars into their location for service. It was a zoo! We decided to go back to Longo Toyota because their customer service is the best. As a woman, I’m treated fairly and we are never oversold on a service we don’t need. The staff call us to inform us about recall notices and inform us that our cars are due for service. Doug is very good at his job and has excellent customer service skills; he always puts the customer first. The facility is always clean and comfortable.
