The technician could not tell me why the vehicle has small vibrations coming from the rear drive shaft and rear transmission part of the vehicle . The technician lacked the experience to tell me also if it was a important to watch it or a issue I wouldn’t have to worry about. I don’t have any confidence in the mechanics or the technicians .

It cost $400 and 3 days of work just to replace rear washer pump. $130 diagnostic charge (PER ITEM) was not properly explained.
Strange $29 (shop misc charge) was not explained until asked specifically, still not sure why this is not part of regular labor hours included as other tools/expenses already.
