This is was my second visit to Perris Valley Dodge for the same issue (safety recalls). On the initial visit we waited for several hours only to find the part needed for the Jeep recall was not in stock. We were told we would get a call once the part was received. Over a month later we received the call we went in with DMV notification regarding the recall. The service department kept the Jeep from Monday morning to Thursday afternoon after initially telling quoting me 2 hour turnaround over the phone. Fast forward to pick up we were only given a receipt to talk to DMV of course we didn’t know anybody so we went to DMV and waited for a couple of hours only to find that was not the proper documentation needed to complete the registration. We needed an orange slip so we call the service department and there told we needed to request the slip in order to get the slip. That’s what we did when we showed them the dmv notification. I say all of that to say that we are all hard working people. To most of us our time is one of our most valued and scarce resource. I believe that your organization should work on their ability to effectively provide efficient quality service. Be the subject matter experts if they aren’t certain ask someone who is. That could’ve saved us so much time. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.

Wasn't kept informed as to the status of the repairs. I received text message right after dropping off vehicle and thought I would be getting updates. Had to call and couldn't reach rep. When I left message I didn't get a message/call back. The part was promised next morning and did not arrive until a day later.

I was not 100% dissatisfied my only concern is the amount of time it took for an oil change service. Initially the goal was to correct a couple of recall concerns, but after further research technicians found they were unable to complete them due to not having the part or parts on hand. In my opinion that discovery could’ve been found between service schedule date and appointment date. That would’ve saved me and the service department valuable time. Other than that the service was impeccable. Thanks for requesting feedback. Hope my feedback helps!

I took my vehicle for service, waited for a call when ready... didn't happen. I called to check status about 5 times... no answer. I show up and its closed. I spoke with the dealer side, a gentleman by name Robert. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I was given a $100 gift card supposedly to Uber my way to work... well... gift doesn't work. I also asked for a call back from Jesse whoms's supposed to be a manager.... havent heard from him yet. Your staff is incompetent and liars. So I expect a call back from MANAGEMENT and a gift card that works. I will be taking this to whom ever I need to until I get a response.
