Dropped car off for maintenance without a cracked windshield and picked it up with one. Frank was supposed to call me back today with a resolution and only claimed he received the vehicle that way and someone he tried to contact was out to lunch or not in today.
Alicia in Kia Finance was also supposed to call me back to credit my loan the amount of the Karr Alarm i do no want and i never recieced a call back.

Brad was great. Tolerated my jokes. Told me it would be 2.5 to 3 hours for work. Mechanic showed up immediately with parts and Done in 1 hour. Perfect!!!!
