I went for my car to get serviced with a tire alignment WITH an appointment set up at 2pm, we ended up waiting 3 and a half hours until the building was closing to get our vehicle (we were in the facility) and with all that said and done they did it completely wrong! The steering wheel is at an angle when the car is driving straight, horrible job. I quickly went to reclaim and they ended up telling me that it was previously like that, wrong. AND to make things worse, AFTER I had turned back to complain AFTER leaving they then decide to tell me that apparently another piece of my car is damaged and that is why the alignment failed to be perfect. HORRIBLE. If I wanted a job like that done I would’ve just gone to another place instead of the actual Toyota itself. Also, if something was truly damaged with my car, why did they fail to mention it to me while I was inside of the building waiting for my car to be serviced? Completely disappointed.
