I was helped by Cathy in the maintenance department and she was without a doubt the most genuine, sympathetic person who has ever helped me with any aspect of my vehicle experience. She was patient to explain the process I needed and provided updates for me every moment she could. I had to wait 5 hours for my vehicle to be ready and thanks to Cathy I did not mind at all. I had been getting maintenance done at Pep Boys but because of Cathy I’ll be coming to WIN Hyundai for all of my vehicle needs. Great customer service skills!
