I was quoted $600 & paid $706.
My peeaon tried to influence my choices with fear.
My car was dropped off on Thursday morning and not ready until Tuesday morning for a thermostat and two hoses.
It was the worst experience I ever had at Win.
The communication was sparse and sketchy.
I waited on hold so long every time I called the voice mail came on.
I'm am in the market tut o buy another used Hyundai and I wanted to do business with Win...but after this extortion...I cant.

Hector, The person that helped me out at the desk was not al helpful as i thought he would be. Pretty much just took me in and asked me what i came in for, told me to take a seat and wait for 3 hrs, was there from 845am and left till 12:10 pm. I had seen when my car was brought out at around 11 am and i asked if it was ready and hector just told me to wait that it wasn't ready, i told him my car was brought put from the service and said to wait because he had to make an important call, also before i did the oil change i went in for i notified him i had a coupon and if he could add it to my bill but he just said my coupon was not valid and the charges where made by the computer. I didn't question him or anything but i did notice a change in his attitude after i told him about the coupon. I don't know if that bothered him but i didn't notice it until i was ready to go, no thank you or anything, just handed over my keys and thats it. It **** when a customer has to feel as if shes asking for a favor, im paying my service and i dont understand why the bad service from the employee. People shouldn't have to feel like this when getting a service done.
