Had to bring my Subaru in because of an air bag recall and asked the guy to check the headlight because it has been burning out frequently (was working fine when I brought it in bulb was just replaced) and get my car back later that day after everything is done and he tells me I need a new headlight assembly because some plastic melted from a short which I figured was the case so I take my car and leave. A couple of hours later I go to drive home and now NEITHER of my headlights will turn on AT ALL for some reason after checking them out?? I don’t know what kind of crap you guys are trying to pull but I’m not the one to try it on.

Everything went great! Tashia was awesome except our car wasn’t washed and when we bought from **** Hannah we were told every time we came in and had our car looked at/repaired it would be cleaned for us. I also mentioned how dirty my car was after the appointment with no mention of a car wash. I didn’t have time to wait around as my wife was going into labor. Wish they would’ve done it when it was in and am decently upset that now my beautiful wife had to get into a filthy car to go to the hospital. It’s the little things. But that being said she was very responsive and attentive. Not her fault at all. That’s a team effort. Thank you!

We we're do for our 60k service on our Crosstrek, I didn't have the money for that much work to be done on our car as I was just thinking we were there for our regular oil change services. I should have worded it better but I just ask if we could just do the oil change which I thought would include the regular services we got with an oil change. We also had a different employee helping us then usual, I guess Andrew was gone so Chris was helping us. So we ended up with just the oil change only, I thought it weird that the amount changed and we usually pay but I didn't think too much of it untill my husband said something. Oops, I guess we'll have to make another trip down from Longview to Vancouver to get some more work done.We also didn't get greeted as quickly as we usually do. Not my best experience but it wasn't bad and it won't keep us from coming back.
