Came in for 75 mile service, and asked about tires. We had tried to get in for 60 mile but couldn't because of no appoint avail, and was told to just come in for 75 since we were traveling quite a few miles and by the time we made it back had 65 and came in for oil change, and that time they said to do it at 75. Andrew although he tried to assist he was not the one that help Bruce last time. So he sent in the request for tire program and as of this survey not sure if they what they will do for the rewards program. If they decline it then we will no longer service the 2012 at **** Hanna because no incentive. But again Andrew is top notch.. Thanks

I asked Andrew through text why he gave me an estimate of 60 to 150 dollars and then told me on the phone it would be $260 which is a lot more than the max he gave. I never received an answer so basically ignored. Not professional and not satisfactory. He also turned me over to someone else so he could keep socializing with a couple who must spend more money than I do. If I was not on a tight budget, I probably would have had the full attention the other customers received. I'm disappointed as I've been a customer for many years since I bought my car and have never been treated like this before. I would add that the service writer who ended up helping me was very nice and professional. My car is old and may need replacing at some point. I would probably consider other dealers after this experience which I never thought I would do.

This is the second time I have utilized my "free car wash" My car was not sparkling, front windshield still had dead bugs on it and my daughters hand prints we're still on back car door. I was told inside windows would be cleaned and front would be vacuumed as I requested, it was Not. I rented a car because I was getting car washed in addition to oil change and tire rotation and the last time I got my car washed it took almost two hour just for the outside nothing was touched on the inside. A 15 min job at a car wash would you if cost A Lot less! Total Disappointment!

To continue as I in adverntly hit the submit Stacie had to leave around 4:00 and told me that she passed the order on to Chris and that her boss Tom was involved in expediting. At 4:30 I went to Chris for an update and he went to the shop to see the status. The tire was to arrive momentarily and should be mounted soon. He apologized for not being familiar with the order as he has just taken it over from Stacie. I told him I had dinner arrangement at 6:00 PM in Vancouver and had to go home to shower and dress so I must have the car or a loaner by 4:45! At 4:45 I again went to Chris for a status report and he checked. The tire was to be in any minute and he suggested we complete the paperwork to save time. At this point I realized that the alignment check would not be done that day. I went to the front door and awaited my car which was brought around by Tom Gilstrap at 5:05! I made a hasty departure. This morning I called Tom Gilstrap and left a message on his phone that I wished to discuss my experience with him and would be available until 12:00 noon today. Having recieved no return call ( maybe his was off),I called again at 11:45 and again left a message that I wanted to meet with him on Monday.
